Welcome to my first blog post! In this blog I'll bring you along my journey as I discover different parts of life that move and inspire me. I consider this space as a way to share ideas on fitness, food and wellness. A digital diary that will aim to enlighten and entertain - even if to help you procrastinate before your next meeting :)
As you probably read from other sections in my website, I'm a Pilates teacher in the Bay Area. My style is heavily influenced by yoga and dance, and because of this I don't consider myself a "classical" Pilates teacher (yes - don't roll your eyes, this does mean something to people in the industry).
Although I appreciate and honor the distinctions of movement, I think most forms of fitness are like M&Ms. They're all different colors - but at the end of the day, aren't they all yummy nuggets of milk chocolate?! I love teaching Pilates because I give people a way to access their bodies and feel good about themselves.
I'll try to post my musings at least once a week, along with a few separate entries dedicated to FOOD and my multiple attempts in the kitchen.
